RNA sequencing DU145 treated with DMSO or the SUV4-20H inhibitor A-196

transcriptome analysis of the human prostate DU145 cells treated or not with the SUV4-20H inhibitor A-196 for 10 days in roder to identify gene expressionc hanges affected by the absence of conversion of histone H4K20 monomethylation to higher H4K20 methylation states. RNA sequencing was performed at MGX Montpellier GenomicX, Montpellier, France. RNA-Sequencing library was prepared using a Stranded mRNA Prep Ligation kit from Illumina.. The clustering and sequencing steps were carried out on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 using the SBS (Sequence by Synthesis) technique using the NovaSeq Reagent Kits.
