资源简介:
We assessed the morphological changes of dealloyed and thermal annealed monolithic nanoporous gold (NPG) gold particles. We fabricated monolithic NPG nanoparticles in the lab. The process of forming the NPG nanoparticles included dealloying silver in 70% nitric acid. The time dealloying the NPG nanoparticles varied from 30 to 270 seconds. Thermal annealing of previously dealloyed NPG nanoparticles was performed in a programmed tube furnace at 100, 200, 300, 400, and 500 degrees Celsius. This dataset includes data reporting the atomic percentage of silver and gold at different dealloying times of a 300 nm diameter NPG disk made from Ag82.5AU17.5 alloy. The extinction spectra are reported for a 300 nm diameter NPG disk made from either a Ag82.5Au17.5 alloy or a Ag70Au30 alloy and dealloyed for 30, 90, 150, 210, and 270 seconds. The extinction spectra are provided for a 300 nm diameter NPG disk dealloyed for 30 seconds after annealing at 23, 100, 200, 300, 400, and 500 degrees Celsius. Data are also included for the extinction spectra dealloyed at 90 seconds from Ag70Au30 alloy at 23, 100, 200 and 300 degrees Celsius. Benzenethiol was measured on NPG nanoparticles obtained from the Ag82.5Au70 alloy using Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy. The Raman spectra data are reported at 5 different alloying times and 6 different annealing temperature listed above.
