TranscriptomeABA_origin is an R data object containing original transcriptome data derived from microarray experiments under abscisic acid (ABA) treatment conditions. This dataset was used to generate the demo dataset TranscriptomeABA included in the SRscore package and is provided to support reproducibility of the analyses described in the associated publication.
