IMOS SOOP Underway Data from AIMS Vessel RV Solander Trip 5936 From 21 Feb 2014 To 03 Mar 2014

'Ships of Opportunity' (SOOP) is a facility of the Australian 'Integrated Marine Observing System' (IMOS) project. This data set was collected by the SOOP sub-facility 'Sensors on Tropical Research Vessels' aboard the RV Solander Trip 5936.\n\nInstrumentation was deployed for measuring Turbidity at 1.9m on trip 5936 from 21 Feb 2014 through to 03 Mar 2014, and the installation was located at/on RV Solander. Sensor deployed was a Wet Labs FLNTU-RT Optical sensor (Turbidity and Fluorescence) manufactured by Wetlabs, model FLNTU-RT. \n\nInstrumentation was deployed for measuring Fluorescence at 1.9m on trip 5936 from 21 Feb 2014 through to 03 Mar 2014, and the installation was located at/on RV Solander. Sensor deployed was a Wet Labs FLNTU-RT Optical sensor (Turbidity and Fluorescence) manufactured by Wetlabs, model FLNTU-RT. \n\nInstrumentation was deployed for measuring Seawater Intake Temperature at 1.9m on trip 5936 from 21 Feb 2014 through to 03 Mar 2014, and the installation was located at/on RV Solander. Sensor deployed was a SBE 38 remote temperature sensor manufactured by Sea-Bird Electronics, Inc., model SBE 38. \n\nInstrumentation was deployed for measuring Salinity at 1.9m on trip 5936 from 21 Feb 2014 through to 03 Mar 2014, and the installation was located at/on RV Solander. Sensor deployed was a SBE 21 conductivity cell manufactured by Sea-Bird Electronics, Inc., model SBE 21.
