Faults passing through rocky strata create a 2D fractured wave trapping fault zones which can lead to amplification of seismic waves. This anomalous amplification can be detected through MHVSR testing technique. This project includes the MHVSR testing dataset for the Lamni fault of the Kashmir Valley at four locations in the Pir Panjal range. Researchers may use this data to understand the influence of faults on seismic waves.
