Fish eDNA Sequences

The primary aim of this study was to understand how eDNA sampling compared to fyke netting when being used to establish fish assemblages at different reaches in a river system. A secondary aim was to establish whether passive eDNA sampling was a viable sampling option in a low-flow environment, which at the time of the study to the best of the author's knowledge had not been done before.
