The animals (n = 6) were treated with CE and fractions from T.satureioides at 1 mg/ear.Indomethacin was used as a positive control (600 μg/ear). The differences between treatment and control were tested using ANOVA followed by Turkey's test. Values are mean ± SEM, (n = 6), where * P <.05, ** P <.01 and *** P <.001 compared to control.
