This dataset focuses on the coating production process of lithium battery electrode sheets, and comprehensively records the process parameters of the coating procedure and partitioned quality inspection data. It aims to support the optimization of coating process parameters, improve the uniformity of electrode sheet thickness and areal density, and provide data support for the closed-loop control of the coating process. The dataset covers a total of 29 feature fields, which are divided into four dimensions: work order attributes, quality inspection, process parameters, and optimization suggestions. This dataset can be used to analyze the impact of process parameters on coating uniformity, support the closed-loop control optimization of the coating process, and effectively reduce the risk of coating instability.
