This was created in response to a Ministerial Minute dated 28 August 1906 directing that a book be ruled in tabulated form showing particulars of all cases in which application was made for the postponement of payments in the Myall Creek Settlement Purchase Area. Headings are as follow: applicant, date of allowance, capital according to evidence, amount of instalment, caretaker's report as to position and expenditure on improvements, decision.
