副溶血性弧菌是一种海洋细菌,主要来源于鱼、虾、蟹、贝类和海藻等海产品,产品中副溶血性弧菌含量过高,容易引起腹痛、呕吐、腹泻等临床疾病。因此副溶血性弧菌检测,对判断产品中副溶血性弧菌含量是否超标具有重要意义,有利于保证食品安全。根据GB 4789.7-2013《食品安全国家标准 食品微生物学检验 副溶血性弧菌检验》测得副溶血性弧菌检测值,对比GB 29921-2013《食品安全国家标准 食品中致病菌限量》中规定的副溶血性弧菌标准值100MPN/g,使用IF、OR函数判断样品中副溶血性弧菌检测值是否超过标准值,若未检出或检测值小于标准值,则未超出,反之则超出,判断公式为:F(x)=IF(OR(检测值<标准值,检测值="未检出"),"未超出","超出")。NT表示该样品不用检测副溶血性弧菌,检测总数为所有样品中检测副溶血性弧菌项目的数量,使用COUNT计算出检测出副溶血性弧菌的次数,计算得出副溶血性弧菌检出率,计算公式分别为:F(x)=检出次数/检测总数*100%。通过COUNT计算出副溶血性弧菌未超过标准值的次数,计算得出副溶血性弧菌合格率,计算公式为:F(x)=未超过次数/检测总数*100%。

Vibrio parahaemolyticus is a marine bacterium primarily sourced from seafood including fish, shrimp, crab, shellfish and seaweed. Excessive levels of this bacterium in food products often lead to clinical symptoms such as abdominal pain, vomiting and diarrhea. Therefore, detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus is of great significance for judging whether its content in food products exceeds the standard, which contributes to ensuring food safety. Detected values of Vibrio parahaemolyticus are obtained in accordance with GB 4789.7-2013 National Food Safety Standard: Microbiological Examination of Food - Examination of Vibrio parahaemolyticus. By comparing these values with the standard value of 100 MPN/g for Vibrio parahaemolyticus stipulated in GB 29921-2013 National Food Safety Standard: Limits of Pathogenic Bacteria in Food, the IF and OR functions are used to determine whether the detected value of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in the sample exceeds the standard. If the bacterium is not detected or the detected value is lower than the standard value, the sample is judged as "within standard"; otherwise, it is judged as "exceeded standard". The judgment formula is: F(x)=IF(OR(detected_value < standard_value, detected_value="not detected"),"within standard","exceeded standard"). NT indicates that the sample does not require detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus. The total number of tests refers to the count of samples subjected to Vibrio parahaemolyticus detection. The number of positive detections is calculated using the COUNT function, and the detection rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus is calculated with the formula: F(x)= (number of positive detections / total number of tests) * 100%. The number of samples with Vibrio parahaemolyticus content within the standard is calculated using the COUNT function, and the qualification rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus is calculated with the formula: F(x)= (number of samples within standard / total number of tests) * 100%.
