Gene Annotation and Functional Assignment of <i>Decorus tungting</i>

This dataset contains functional annotation results for the predicted protein-coding genes of thgenome, including KEGG pathway annotation, GO annotation, Pfam domain assignments, UniProt/Swiss-Prot annotation. These files support downstream comparative genomics and functional studies, and are associated with the Scientific Data manuscript describing the D. tungting genome assembly and annotation.
