Next-Generation Sequencing Facilitates Quantitative Analysis of Interferon-Stimulated MEFs Transcriptomes [RNA-Seq]

Purpose: Next-generation sequencing (NGS) has revolutionized systems-based analysis of cellular pathways. The goals of this study are to compare NGS-derived interferon-stimulated MEF cells transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq). Overall design: mRNA profiles of interferon-stimulated MEF cells derived from H3.3-HA knock-in mice were generated by deep sequencing, using Illumina HiSeq2000.
