RNA-seq analysis of the effect of mitochondrial glutamine transporter inhibitor treated pancreatic cancer cells

The aim of this study is to evaluate data by comparing transcriptome profile (RNA-seq) of pancreatic cancer cells treated with mitochondrial glutamine transporter allosteric inhibitor. The global impact of the chemical inhibition of mitochondrial glutamine transporter is assessed to understand the change in metabolism related genes and difference in any other categories to fully comprehend the result of the chemical treatment.
