RNAseq dataset created to evaluate Activation Induced Cytidine Deaminase (AICDA/AID) stimulation cocktails in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) PBMC cells were stimulated with either LPS, TGFb.acD40.IL4, or IgM.acD40.IL4.IL21. We also used had unstimulated (control) replicates. Each stimulation (or control) were done in replicates of two. Each replicate had cells harvested and sequenced at Days 1, 3, and 9.
