RNAseq dataset created to evaluate Activation Induced Cytidine Deaminase (AICDA/AID) stimulation cocktails in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) PBMC cells were stimulated with either LPS, TGFb.acD40.IL4, or IgM.acD40.IL4.IL21.
