This data is a result of 3d X-mCT study of a real geological sample (meimechite from the Kontozero complex) and its analysis using Minkowski functionals. File 1 is the initial X-ray Computed Tomography pattern. Files 2-5 contain 4 phases (brightness levels, X-ray density levels) on the initial pattern. They were separated by the multi-Otsu method. File 6 contains 3d scatterplots for each of the phases in the Minkowski functionals (M0-M1) volume.
本数据集源自对真实地质样品(科托泽罗杂岩体产出的美梅奇岩(meimechite))开展的三维X射线显微CT(3D X-mCT)研究,并借助闵可夫斯基泛函(Minkowski functionals)完成了相关分析。文件1为初始X射线计算机断层扫描(X-ray Computed Tomography)成像图案。文件2至文件5包含初始成像图案中的4种物相,对应亮度层级与X射线密度层级,上述物相通过多Otsu分割法(multi-Otsu method)分离得到。文件6包含各物相在闵可夫斯基泛函(M0-M1)维度空间中的三维散点图。
