Allocentric Flocking Dataset

The data folder contains Matlab scripts and raw data used to produce figures in the main text. The scripts and data files are named after the corresponding figure panels in the manuscript. The script named 'Dataanalysis.m' can be run on the raw data to produce the measures of collective movement used for analysis.
