NDEVs miRNA profiles to study adverse events after ketamine administration in pediatric patients

miRNA profiles of plasma neuronal-derived extracellular vescicles (NDEVs) were studied to identify children with higher risk of presenting adverse events after ketamine administration. miRNA extracted from NDEVs of pediatric patients before ketamine administration was sequenced through miRNA-sequencing with spike-in approach.
