In this study, we grew WT HCT116 cells to different levels of cell density by growing them for 3 Days (50% confluent), 5 Days (250% confluent), and 7 Days (400% confluent), and we extracted whole cell RNA from cells at these different growth conditions for small RNA and whole transcriptome sequencing. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of whole transcriptome sequencing data and small-RNA-sequencing data for whole cell RNA from HCT116 cells grown to varying levels of cell density or cell confluency.
