Data for: Deciphering organic matter sources and ecological shifts in blue carbon ecosystems based on molecular fingerprinting

Datasets (spreadsheets) of Py-GC-MS and THM-GC-MS. In two sheets (one for each method) the compounds that were semi-quantified are listed, the compound groups are indicated, and the relative proportions (expressed as % of total quantified peak area, see text) in all samples, are provided.本数据集为裂解气相色谱-质谱联用仪（Py-GC-MS）与热脱附气相色谱-质谱联用仪（THM-GC-MS）的电子表格数据文件。两个工作表分别对应一种检测方法，表中列有经半定量分析的化合物，标注了化合物所属类别，并提供了所有样品中各化合物的相对占比（以总定量峰面积的百分比表示，详见正文）。
