Data from 2 independent experiments. Western blot was performed with anti-pTEpY antibodies to detect activated MAPKs. The individual blots shows activated forms of MAPKs from 0, 2, 5,10, 15, 30 & 60 min after flg22 treatment of Arabidopsis plants. Note independent replicates for some genotypes in expt. 1. Notes (in blue) are comments on why some of these replicates were excluded for representation in the final figure (eg poor blotting or ambiguity of seed stock purity).
