营商便民导图产品是政务服务线上平台的拓展系统与服务，又是实体大厅（全省各级各类政务服务大厅和部门分厅）的服务延伸与应用，也是数字政府有关“政务应用类平台建设”的重点工程之一。通过精准地办事网点查询以及就近网点推荐、场景化办事指南等多项便民功能服务，让办事群众及企业在政务服务领域获得更精准的服务和更优质的体验，实现政务服务的标准化规范化便利化及行政权力的透明运行，提升公共服务的供给效率和质量，提高政府服务整体效能。The Business-Friendly Government Service Navigation Product is not only an extended system and service for online government service platforms, but also a service extension and application for physical government service halls (including government service halls at all levels and of all types and departmental branch halls across the province). It is also one of the key projects for the construction of government application platforms under the Digital Government initiative. Equipped with multiple convenient functions such as accurate service venue inquiry, nearby venue recommendation, and scenario-based service guidelines, this product enables citizens and enterprises seeking government services to access more precise services and enjoy a superior experience, realizing the standardization, institutional regularization and facilitation of government services and the transparent exercise of administrative powers, improving the efficiency and quality of public service delivery, and boosting the overall effectiveness of government services.
