This dataset contains multi-temporal UAV multispectral imagery and field survey data for wheat stripe rust monitoring. The dataset was collected at the Luancheng Agro-Ecosystem Experimental Station, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, China, during the 2025 winter wheat growing season. The dataset includes three UAV multispectral orthomosaic images acquired on 24 April, 10 May, and 19 May 2025, corresponding to the booting, heading, and flowering stages of wheat, respectively. The images were collected using a UAV platform equipped with a five-band multispectral camera, including blue, green, red, red-edge, and near-infrared bands. The orthomosaic images are provided in ENVI format, with each image consisting of a .dat raster file and its corresponding .hdr header file. The dataset can be used for research on UAV multispectral remote sensing, crop disease monitoring, wheat stripe rust detection, vegetation index analysis, texture feature extraction, multi-temporal feature construction, and related classification studies.
