Whole blood DNA methylation profiles in participants of the Environmental Risk (E-Risk) Longitudinal Twin Study at age 18.

Genome-wide patterns of DNA methylation were quantified using the Illumina Infinium HumanMethylation450 BeadChip (“450K array”) in DNA samples isolated from whole blood collected at age 18 from members of the Environmental Risk (E-Risk) Longitudinal Twin Study. This data include 1658 samples that passed our QC pipeline, including 1468 participants who were members of complete twin pairs (430 MZ pairs and 304 DZ pairs) and 190 participants whose co-twin did not have complete data (e.g., did not provide blood, did not pass QC).
