ASSESSING THE ROLE OF INVESTMENTS IN HUMAN CAPITAL IN ENSURING ECONOMIC GROWTH AND THEIR EFFECTIVENESS

This article analyzes the importance of investments in human capital in ensuring economic growth and the issues of assessing their effectiveness. Human capital, as one of the important factors of economic development, is formed through education, health care, vocational training, and innovative skills. The study scientifically substantiates the impact of investments in human capital on labor productivity, employment rate, population well-being, and GDP growth. It also examines methods for assessing the economic effectiveness of investments in human capital based on the experience of developed and developing countries. According to the results of the study, it was determined that investments in human capital are of strategic importance in ensuring long-term sustainable economic growth.
