Territory Entrepreneurs

The Entrepreneur Territory (formerly called urban free zones or ZFU) are neighborhoods with more than 10,000 inhabitants, located in so-called sensitive or disadvantaged areas. By granting tax and social exemptions to the companies present, its ambition is to revitalise neighbourhoods deemed priority in terms of their economic and social characteristics by reviving economic activity and therefore employment. Since May 15, 2007, its last modification, the Entrepreneurs Territory of Le Havre covers 200 ha. The perimeters of the Entrepreneur Territories are determined by the Ministry of the City, Youth and Sports. It is entered by following the parcel boundaries and track axes, ensuring that the addresses corresponding to the accesses of the parcels included in the perimeters are also included, in order to allow treatment of the breakdown of addresses by zoning.
