LNRS Potential Measures

Potential Measures where practical actions if undertaken would achieve the most for biodiversity and the wider environment. Together with Areas that Could Become of Particular Importance for Biodiversity (ACBs), and Areas of Particular Importance for Biodiversity (APIB), these make up the Lancashire Local Nature Recovery Strategy (LNRS). This dataset contains spatial layers associated with the Lancashire Local Nature Recovery Strategy (LNRS), published in January 2026. These layers were developed collaboratively through a local partnership, following statutory guidance from the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA).
