GNSS-R and scatterometer data used in the proposed method \GREAT-Net\

This dataset contains the data used for the proposed method GREAT-Net, including GNSS-R data from Tianmu-1 and scatterometer data from Fengyun-3E WindRAD. As China Aerospace Science and industry (Beijing and Chongqing) Spatial information Application Co. Lid. has only authorized this data for academic research purposes and it is not authorized for public release, we only present partial raw WindRAD data along with preprocessed GNSS-R and scatterometer data.
