We report changes in gene expression and corresponding H3K27 trimethylation induced upon myotube differentiation in C2C12 cells that were cultured under Normoxia (21% oxygen) or Hypoxia (2% oxygen) Overall design: Two biological replicates (A and B) for analysis of gene expression (RNA-Seq) and H3K27 trimethylation (ChIP-Seq) in C2C12 cells cultured under 2 different conditions: Growth Medium (GM) versus Differentiation Medium (DM) under 2 different oxygen concentrations: 21% oxygen (NOR) or 2% oxygen (HYP)
