CESM2-Driven SNOWPACK Model Simulation and Analysis Workflow: v1.0

Collection of Python Jupyter notebooks for 1) Community Earth System Model (CESM2) Large Ensemble weather forcing acquisition, 2) SNOWPACK model simulation, and 3) SNOWPACK output analysis utilizing linear and quadratic regression. The scripts were developed to execute the SNOWPACK model within a high-performance computing cluster and to manage a 46-fold larger study area than that in its prototype by Perkins (2024; DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.10620763). Originally configured to simulate snow profiles over northeastern Siberia between 1950 and 2100 for impact assessment for Indigenous reindeer herding, this notebook collection can be modified to apply to other regions and time intervals, provided data availability.
