Simulated raw data of transverse impedance with different capacitances of capacitors

Simulate different transverse impedances based on different capacitances of lumped capacitors. The first column in the data is the scanning frequency, and the second to eighth columns are the corresponding impedance values with different capacitances. The capacitances in sequence are 0.33 uF, 0.44 uF, 0.55 uF, 0.77 uF, 1.1 uF, 2.2 uF, 3.3 uF and 7.7 uF.
