Volumetric Behaviour Analysis (VBA) of Hong Kong Public Housing Flats - Spatial Component Isometrics - Case 6PHHA2

This data package comprises spatial component isometric and volumetric analysis documentation of a public high-rise building flat in Hong Kong. The research project record designates this flat interior as “Case 6PHHA2”. The spatial component isometrics were developed as part of the Volumetric Behaviour Analysis (VBA) workflow, following a LiDAR scan of the flat interior conducted through a 12-minute walk-through using a Leica-brand BLK2Go 3D environment scanner. The drawings analyse the apartment interior through spatial components including movable items, loose furniture, fixed furniture, structure, volumetric clumps, occupied volume, and residual unoccupied volume. The data supports the interpretation of housing conditions in super-tall and super-dense housing units, including spatial utilisation, domestic density, and user contents. Access to the data is granted only after a one-year period of restriction to ensure the protection of individuals’ personal information. The data is provided for future research examining housing behaviour in connection to spatial use.本数据集包含香港某公共高层住宅单元的空间构件等轴测与体积分析文档。本研究项目记录将该住宅内部命名为"案例6PHHA2"。空间构件等轴测图作为体积行为分析（Volumetric Behaviour Analysis, VBA）流程的一部分进行构建，其生成基于一次12分钟漫游扫描该住宅内部的激光雷达（LiDAR）扫描作业，所用设备为徕卡（Leica）BLK2Go 3D环境扫描仪。 本分析图纸通过空间构件维度对该住宅内部展开剖析，涵盖可移动物品、活动家具、固定家具、建筑结构、体积团块、占用空间以及剩余闲置空间等类别。该数据集可用于解读超高层超密集住宅单元的居住状况，包括空间利用率、居住密度以及住户物品配置情况。为保障个人信息安全，本数据集需经过一年的保密期后方可开放获取。本数据集旨在为未来开展与空间使用相关的居住行为研究提供支持。
