Stecker_JMRO_Supplementary

This supplementary repository contains raw and processed image data acquired with an ultrashort echo time sequence with golden mean angle sampling. In addition, code to perform self-gated or retrospective gating is included to allow reconstruction of free-breathing animals at end -expiration and -inspiration. Example data from Stecker et. al in JMRO is presented along with semi-autonomous image analysis code.本补充仓库包含采用带黄金角采样（golden mean angle sampling）的超短回波时间（ultrashort echo time）序列采集的原始与处理后图像数据。此外，本仓库还附带可实现自门控（self-gated）与回顾门控（retrospective gating）的代码，用于对自由呼吸实验动物的呼气末期与吸气末期图像进行重建。本仓库同时提供Stecker等人发表于JMRO期刊的示例数据，以及半自动图像分析代码。
