Data for “Anthropogenic and climatic controls on sediment transfer across China since the Last Glacial Maximum”

This Figshare document contains the Chinese Lake and Peatland Sediment Record (CLASER) database and analysis data for the article “Anthropogenic and climatic controls on sediment transfer across China since the Last Glacial Maximum”.The CLASER database includes a general database ("The_CLASER_Database_general_v3.1.xlsx"), a core dataset of 402 sediment records ("The_CLASER_Database_core_data_v3.xlsx"), and a dataset of 291 records used for influence analysis ("The_CLASER_Database_influence_analysis_data_v3.xlsx").The analysis data comprise the processed data ("Source_data_Figures_&_Tables.zip") used to generate the figures and tables. There are two folders ("Source_data_Figures" and "Source_data_Tables") in the zipped document. "Source_data_Figures" and "Source_data_Tables" contain the source data used to generate Figures 2–13, Supplementary Figures 1–2, and Tables 1–6, Supplementary Tables 1–4, respectively.The files are provided in Excel format, with README sheets describing variables, definitions, data types, and units. The deposited files contain the processed data used in the analyses, figures, and tables reported in the manuscript. Additional detailed data are available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request.
