This image dataset for ship object detection is primarily developed for the research and development of underway ship risk prediction, early warning and decision support platforms, as well as the fulfillment of ship object detection-related requirements. It is compiled from various online marine ship images, mainly covering photos of different ship types including passenger ships, oil tankers, bulk carriers, container ships and roll-on/roll-off ships. This dataset provides data support for model training in continuous sea surface target monitoring, with a total data size of 963 MB.
