T1 relaxometry data obtained from HT29 cells carrying fluorescent nanodiamonds and exposed to mitomycin C (0, 0.1, 1, 10 uM) for 1, 2 or 24 hours. T1 files report on the relaxometry data, TCK files contain the trajectory information for the nanodiamond, TIF and TXT files contain the confocal images of the nanodiamond particles during the measurement.
