通过对 1228 例接受刺激器手术的 PD 患者进行程控，对比不同程控模式下受试者临床疗效变化，提出了针对受试者不同临床症状的程控方案及药物调整建议。应用该程控方案，可有效的改善帕金森病患者的步态障碍和震颤、僵直、步态迟缓等相关运动症状，同时改善患者的中线症状。此外，针对验证过程中出现的不良反应提出了相应的处理解决措施，总体上显著提高生活质量，值得在临床中推广应用。
