To investigate whole genomic DNA methylation changes after cocaine/saline treatment in iTat mice, we isolated genomic DNA from 24 hippocampus hemispheres of mice and performed whole genomic bisulfite sequencing (WGBS). Overall design: There were total 24 samples, 12 from iTat mice and 12 from Wt mice. Each iTat/Wt mouse group includes six males and six females, and each sex has three cocaine treated mice and saline treated mice.
