Transcriptome profiling of hos2-deleted mutant under glycerol-based growth in Saccharomyces cerevisiae

To investigate the function of the histone deacetylase Hos2 under the glycerol-based growth condition in S. cerevisiae, we analyzed the gene expression profiles by RNA-Seq and performed comparative analyses between the wild-type and hos2-deleted strains. We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data from RNA-Seq of the wild-type and hos2-deleted strains under the YPGly condition. Three biological repeats for each strain.
