Flower-to-Fruit Transition Transcriptome of Vanilla planifolia: Differential Expression, TPM Values, and Functional Annotation Dataset

This dataset contains transcript-level expression data from Vanilla planifolia reproductive tissues across four developmental stages: Pre-pollination, Pollination, Post-pollination, and Fertilization. The dataset includes: TPM (Transcripts Per Million) normalized expression values for all assembled contigs Differential gene expression statistics across developmental stage contrasts Functional annotations associated with each contig, including Pfam protein domains, Gene Ontology (GO) terms, and UniProt matches Differential expression analysis was performed using count-based statistical modeling of RNA-seq data. Functional annotation was obtained through homology-based and protein domain-based approaches.
