This series comprises Engineering Services Group (Infrastructure Division) Data Pack containing information for bidders for the Engineering Services Group.The information contained in the eighteen folders (together referred to as the Data Pack) was distributed by the Public Transport Corporation (PTC) to parties who entered into a Confidentiality Deed with the PTC. The Data Pack was prepared to enable the Recipients to evaluate the business of the Engineering Services Group of the Infrastructure Division to determine whether the Recipients would offer to acquire the assets and liabilities of the Group and to enter into contractual arrangements with the PTC involving the provision of engineering services to the PTC and its successors.
