Bacteriophages Isolated from Ice-covered Midwestern USA Lakes

We obtained ice cover samples from local freshwater resources in the midwestern region of the United States. The aim was to discover novel bacteriophages for the host Pseudomonas fluorescens using short-read and/or long-read gDNA sequencing strategies, with an emphasis on obtaining whole-genome reads and completed genome sequences.
