Non-Invasive Monitoring of NK Cell Response in Cancer: A Focus on STAT1 Activation

Our study presents imaging method that highlights the STAT1-mediated activation of NK cells to cancer cells. We engineered NK cells to incorporate an IFNγ activation sequence (GAS), which binds to the STAT1 transcription factor.本研究提出一种成像方法，可清晰呈现信号转导与转录激活因子1（Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 1, STAT1）介导的自然杀伤细胞（Natural Killer Cell, NK细胞）针对癌细胞的活化过程。我们通过基因工程手段改造自然杀伤细胞，使其整合干扰素γ（Interferon-γ, IFNγ）激活序列（GAS），该序列可与STAT1转录因子特异性结合。
