"The present dataset presents the experimental results of bio-bricks developed using carbonated agro-waste powder (CAWP), cow dung ash powder (CDAP), lime powder (LP), and fly ash powder (FAP). Three mix proportions were designed with varying levels of CAWP (2.5\u20137.5%), CDAP (2.5\u20137.5%), LP (10\u201320%), and FAP (45\u201355%) to study their effect on the mechanical and durability performance of the bio-bricks. The dataset provides key performance indicators, including compressive strength, water absorption, weight loss after 28 days, and freeze\u2013thaw resistance (measured in cycles to failure). These results are critical for evaluating the feasibility of carbonated bio-waste-based materials as sustainable alternatives to conventional clay or cement bricks. The data can also be integrated into building energy simulation models for assessing energy efficiency and material performance under varying environmental conditions. By sharing these experimental findings, the dataset supports future research on low-carbon construction materials, circular economy practices, and durability assessment frameworks for bio-based building components."
