Differentially expressed genes between SARS-Cov-2 infected vs. negative control from nasopharyngeal swabs.<br> The gene expression count data from RNA-sequencing profiles of nasopharyngeal swabs from 430 individuals with SARS-CoV-2 and 54 negative controls (GSE152075) were uploaded Paretek Flow (Build version 9.0.20.0611). The differentially expressed (DE) genes between SARS-Cov-2 positive vs. negative samples were computed using GSA algorithm. An spreadsheet showing the differential gene expression result after applying the FDR-adjusted p-value cut off 0.05 is presented here.
