Derived data and reproducibility materials for "Gastric mucosal recovery and residual cancer risk after Helicobacter pylori eradication"
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the derived datasets and reproducibility materials supporting the systematic review “Systematic review: gastric mucosal recovery and residual cancer risk after Helicobacter pylori eradication”.The review integrates longitudinal post-eradication gastric mucosal trajectories, residual primary gastric-cancer risk, direct mucosa-to-cancer bridge evidence, post-eradication risk stratification, and secondary prevention after prior gastric neoplasia. Companion publications derived from the same underlying cohorts were reconciled into canonical study families before quantitative synthesis to minimise double counting. The final review included 163 reports representing 153 canonical study families and 778 extracted outcome rows. The repository contains study-level and outcome-level derived data, study-family mapping, overlap and independence adjudication, design-specific JBI critical-appraisal profiles, GRADE assessments, final meta-analysis effect sets, PRISMA data, forest-plot source data, the complete search appendix, protocol/amendment documentation, and reproducibility code. The three promoted targeted meta-analyses were: residual primary gastric cancer (k=3; HR 0.559, modified Hartung-Knapp 95% CI 0.163–1.922), histologic intestinal-metaplasia regression/resolution at 1–3 years (k=4; pooled proportion 39.8%, 95% CI 21.6%–61.4%), and secondary-prevention metachronous gastric cancer (k=4; RR 0.462, 95% CI 0.244–0.874).PROSPERO registration: CRD420261509683.Raw PubMed, Embase, Scopus, and Web of Science database exports are not redistributed because database licence conditions may restrict redistribution. The deposited files contain author-created derived data and reproducibility materials only.
