本数据集是浙江大学医学院附属第二医院自2013年至2026年间，在经导管二尖瓣修复（TEER）与置换（TMVI）临床诊疗及系统化随访过程中形成的结构化、多时点科研数据资源。作为国内较早系统开展二尖瓣介入治疗的中心之一，本数据集完整记录了该技术从临床引入到规范应用的关键发展阶段，覆盖患者从术前评估、术中操作至术后长期随访的全周期临床轨迹。数据集严格遵循临床研究标准与专科数据规范，持续动态更新，旨在为二尖瓣介入治疗的疗效评估、技术优化、预后预测及机制研究提供高质量、系统性的真实世界数据支持。
本数据集收录了589例经导管二尖瓣修复或置换术患者的542个标准化参数，围绕二尖瓣介入治疗全流程构建，覆盖“术前-术中-术后-长期随访”完整链条，支持纵向研究与结局分析。包含大量专科参数，如二尖瓣解剖测量、血流动力学、心肌应变及三维超声数据，适用于手术规划、器械选择与机制探讨。

This dataset is a structured, multi-timepoint clinical research data resource developed by the Second Affiliated Hospital, School of Medicine, Zhejiang University between 2013 and 2026 during the clinical diagnosis, treatment and systematic follow-up of transcatheter mitral valve repair (TEER) and transcatheter mitral valve replacement (TMVI). As one of the earliest domestic centers to systematically perform interventional mitral valve therapy, this dataset fully documents the key developmental stages of this technology from its clinical introduction to standardized application, covering the full-cycle clinical trajectory of patients from preoperative assessment, intraoperative procedures to long-term postoperative follow-up. The dataset strictly adheres to clinical research standards and specialty data specifications, and is continuously and dynamically updated, aiming to provide high-quality, systematic real-world data support for efficacy evaluation, technology optimization, prognosis prediction and mechanism research of interventional mitral valve therapy. This dataset includes 542 standardized parameters from 589 patients who underwent transcatheter mitral valve repair or replacement surgery. It is constructed around the full process of interventional mitral valve therapy, covering the complete cycle of preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative and long-term follow-up, and supports longitudinal studies and outcome analysis. It contains a large number of specialized clinical parameters, such as mitral valve anatomical measurements, hemodynamics, myocardial strain and three-dimensional echocardiography data, which are suitable for surgical planning, device selection and mechanism exploration.
