Modulation of m6A RNA Methylation by Death Associated Protein 3 (DAP3) [eCLIP-seq]

eCLIP-seq data of METTL3 binding in shScr control and two shDAP3 knockdown samples Overall design: We examined METTL3 binding sites on RNA in EC109 cells by eCLIP-seq. Protein-RNA interactions were covalently linked by UV crosslinking and RNase I treatment removed unbound RNA. The crosslinked RNA was immunoprecipitated together with METTL3 using specific antibody targeting METTL3 (Proteintech,15073-1-AP), and converted to double-stranded DNA high-throughput sequencing libraries through adapter ligation and reverse transcription. Two biological replicates of METTL3 eCLIP in shScr control and two shDAP3 knockdown samples were performed and an IgG eCLIP served as a control. Each eCLIP experiment has a corresponding size-matched input control experiment.
