资源简介:

Physical rehabilitation is an essential component of healthcare for children with limited mobility, aiming to improve motor functions, functional independence, and overall quality of life. Adaptive exercises have emerged as an evidence-based rehabilitation strategy that addresses the unique physical and psychological needs of children with congenital or acquired movement impairments. This article examines the effectiveness of adaptive exercise programs in improving physical rehabilitation outcomes among children with limited mobility. The study synthesizes recent scientific literature on adaptive physical education, rehabilitation medicine, pediatric physiotherapy, and inclusive sports. It analyzes the physiological, biomechanical, neurological, and psychosocial mechanisms through which adaptive exercises contribute to functional recovery. The findings indicate that individualized adaptive exercise programs significantly enhance muscle strength, balance, coordination, gait performance, cardiovascular endurance, and social participation while reducing secondary complications associated with sedentary lifestyles. The paper also discusses innovative rehabilitation technologies, including virtual reality, wearable sensors, robotic-assisted therapy, and artificial intelligence-based monitoring systems, which further improve rehabilitation outcomes. Finally, recommendations are proposed for integrating adaptive exercise programs into pediatric rehabilitation and inclusive education systems.
