兼容C波段和毫米波的共口径天线阵列主要面向5G及下一代移动通信发展和需求,研究共享辐射孔径的兼容C波段和毫米波的双频基站天线。通过兼容和共享口径方式提高设备及空间利用率,节省成本。基于插花模式,实现了6×4C波段天线阵列和4×4毫米波阵列双频共口径天线。基于HFSS仿真软件及矢量网络分析仪、天线测量暗室等仪器及第三方测试机构测试,主要记录了C波段天线阵列在3.3-3.6GHz驻波比,所有相邻单元之间隔离度,波束扫描角度等观测值,数据量98.5MB。
This dataset centers on dual-band base station antennas compatible with both C-band and millimeter-wave that share a common radiating aperture, developed to meet the demands of 5G and next-generation mobile communications. This shared-aperture compatible design enhances equipment and spatial utilization while reducing development costs. By adopting the interleaved configuration, a dual-band shared-aperture antenna integrating a 6×4 C-band antenna array and a 4×4 millimeter-wave array is implemented. Characterization was conducted via HFSS simulation software, vector network analyzers, antenna measurement anechoic chambers, and third-party testing organizations. The dataset primarily records measured data including the voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) of the C-band antenna array within the 3.3–3.6 GHz frequency range, the isolation between every pair of adjacent elements, and beam scanning angles, with a total data volume of 98.5 MB.
